Masking

Specialty Finishes will mask to your specifications. We have many in-house options for quick turnaround and can formulate systems for intricately tooled products. We can mask areas from the smallest threaded holes to the largest parts using standard masking tape, heat tape, silicone plugs & caps, or custom masking aids.

Nonconforming Parts

Specialty Finishes can meet your quality standards, regardless of their condition when we receive them. In addition to painting, we can sand, fill, blast, and recondition parts to prepare the substrate for coating at a negotiated price per piece requiring special treatments. This helps you optimize your manufacturing yield.

Assembly & Packaging

Our team can wrap up our processing services by assembling and packaging the coated parts in any manner you require. You supply the materials and we will wrap, package, box, or crate your articles according to your requirements. Our standard packing is either on pallets or in boxes.

Delivery

We have many options for pick up and delivery to make business easier. We can pick up products with our box truck or deliver your completed parts to you – or even ship them to your customers, if you desire.
